Building Teams is a function of creating a culture of trust, collaboration and teamwork. This is best accomplished through highly experiential program. Groups must develop effective interpersonal communication, teamwork and empowerment that shift attitudes and sustain new behaviors.
Participants use a number of skill-based sessions and real-world examples from their own workplace environment to learn to apply and manage communications. Team members develop an understanding of the role that trust and credibility play in personal effectiveness.
