Our business is “people development” through application of the most up-to-date research and models of exemplary management practices. We utilize these models as guides for the development of practical, effective, and meaningful training. Managers must be comfortable with setting expectations and then be consistent in managing to those expectations. In managing successfully, one must be able to evaluate the performance in terms of Can Do, Will Do, and Fit. Managers must diagnose performance issues and have the skills to coach, counsel, or confront as appropriate to the situation. All of these skills become easier when expectations are clearly defined and agreed to in advance each year or quarter.
